So Moses decides to put his shyness to the side and go talk to the girl he thinks is "Out of his league" simply by being himself. He states in the hook "I want to get to know you... So Can I get Your Number? Tell me what's your name? I saw your face.. and couldn't let you walk way!" and starts smooth talking her in the hallway about how beautiful he thinks she is. He sampled an Ericka Badu song to fit that poetic smooth swag he imagined was in the background when he was talking to her.
