TGID was inspired by everybody who has some type of learning disability, handicap, or anything that makes them different. Moses lyrically showed off on his verse to prove that he never allowed his disability to be a crutch and his intelligent wordplay proved it. He couldn't think of anybody better to fit the top than the lovely "Dyfferant Demeanor" and it became a hit single in Richmond for months.
